Artwork will generally be ready within 3 working days. If you need printed swatches for approval, please make a request. Swatches generally take 5 working days, excluding transportation, commencing from finalization of artwork. \| 4.For order quantities over 100pcs, we can provide a pre-production sample and it will be charged. The sample lead time will generally be 7 days, excluding transportation, commencing from the finalization of artwork. \| 5.Any changes to artwork, patterns, size specifications, or quantity breakdowns will affect the printing layout, and may delay the production schedule and affect the price if beyond a certain range. \| 6.Each unit includes care labels and standard design poly-bags by default. If you need extra labels, we offer a service for customizing your brand’s main label, polybag or hang-tag. Please contact us to get a quotation. Upon request, we can provide certification documents for the factories that we source our products from. If you have a certain requirement, please mention at the time of quoting, so we can ensure to source from the appropriate factory before commencing the order. If we are required to switch a factory that we source from, to meet a certain requirement, there may be variations in price applicable.
